| Investigators used surveillance footage from nearby businesses and Lockart's Facebook page to identify him as the driver and learn he is associated with the Hell's Angels Nomads chapter based in LaSalle, which is just south of Greeley. Officers arrested Lockhart after searching his home.|
He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder of a peace officer, attempted first-degree murder, two counts of vehicular eluding and illegal discharge of a firearm. He is currently held on a $1 million bond.
